How do I sign up? You must create a new Conftool user using your preferred email address. Keep in mind that if you have a user created from previous years, you must also generate a new one since each year, the congress platform is renewed. For payment, remember that there are different registration categories according to: - type of employment contract - In-person or online registration - registration deadline (if you register before February 1 or after) - if your country of residence corresponds to one of those on the low GDP list.
What type of registration corresponds to me? There are discounts? There are different rates depending on employment status and other variables. In order to register for the corresponding rate you must take into account: 1. How can I send my contribution? Through the congress management platform, Conftool, never by email
How many speakers can sign a communication? There is no limit on authorship, although if the communication is accepted all the people who sign will have to register and pay for the congress and at least one person must be there on the day of the exhibition.
Can a communication or symposium be presented in a language other than Spanish? Yes, as long as the conference organization is notified, once the communication is accepted, so that the people attending the program can be informed.
About submission of contributions
Until when can I decide whether to attend or present communication in person or online? Participants will register in the desired modality, in person or online, but once the  registration fee has been paid, the chosen option cannot be modified.
How many contributions can be presented at CICFEM23? You can submit two contributions, at most, one communication and one symposium
Will there be a minute book with the communications? Yes, those who wish to have their communication included in the book of minutes must notify this in their contribution (during the submission process they will be asked about this)
